As we age, maintaining muscle mass becomes increasingly important for overall health and mobility. Starting around the age of 30, we can lose about 3-5% of our muscle mass per decade, and this rate accelerates after 60. Without regular weight lifting or resistance training, this muscle loss can lead to decreased strength, balance, and coordination, increasing the risk of falls and injuries. Additionally, muscle plays a crucial role in metabolism and maintaining a healthy weight; less muscle means a slower metabolism, which can contribute to unwanted weight gain and related health issues. By incorporating strength training into our routine, we can help preserve muscle mass, enhance our quality of life, and maintain independence as we age.

What we are giving you are 20-30 minute workouts that we have designed in sequence to build muscle. One of the issues we hear about working out is not knowing what to do or not having enough time to come up with a workout to do. We do all of that for you. All you have to do is log in from anywhere, the comfort of your home or traveling across the country, we got you. Our workouts can be done from anywhere.

Along with our workouts we are giving you our lifestyle tips, meal ideas and supplements that help to maintain the muscles that you have built. We will go into depth about numerous topics and why we do the things we do. We will be adding to our site on a weekly basis to always give you the most updated information as well as new workouts.

We have a lot of experience with many of the diets you may have heard of, including our shift from eating plant based to now eating animal based. From drinking spirulina and eating spinach to now taking beef organ supplements and drinking raw milk. We know what works because we have done it. We are not doctors, but we do have some truths and are open to our continued education and learning more.

We will offer information, including our own personal experiences, and it is up to you to utilize what we give you. We are not going to tell you what to do. That is not who we are. However, we are here to push, challenge and be your accountability partners.

Credentials:

Alesha has received certifications in Nutrition & Wellness, Weightloss Management and Personal Training. It is what Alesha and Jenny are doing now though that is really taking their health and fitness to the next level. They are always researching and learning more about fitness, nutrition and overall wellness.
